Overview
- We offer hassle free returns up to 30 days after delivery.
- A collection fee of £49.95 + 10% of your returned packed items value will be deducted from your refund when returning pack products to us. This is to cover the cost of the collection process.
- A £49.95 collection fee and a 50% ‘Made to Measure’ fee will be deducted from your refund when returning made to measure items (such as carpets and vinyl’s), because these items are cut to order for your specific needs.
- For any goods that you send back to us, we’ll refund them at the price you purchased them at, including sale items. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re well packaged and packed to avoid damage in transit! Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected.
- All returns are required to be in their original box/bag, unaltered and securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- We will not accept flooring if it has been cut into, it is your responsibility to check for faults and size errors before it is fitted.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.

Saturday’s collections are possible pre 12, but these must be arranged in advance.
